We are planning to carry out some planned structural investigation works at Westmount Park over the coming weeks. The work required involves drilling and cutting some tactical holes in the building to identify the condition of the overall structure as part of our 15 year cyclical testing regime.
We plan to start on site next week 7th April 2015, work is expected to continue for a period for approximately 2/3 weeks dependent on the weather. Geomarine will carry out the work using rope access with low level scaffold.
Unfortunately this work is going to be noisy and will be heard throughout the whole building. The work will be carried out between 8am to 5pm and will be completed as quickly as we are able to try and minimise the disruption and we appreciate residents patience during this time.
