A Record Year for Homes and Communities
2025 marked a record year for Andium. We delivered 363 new affordable homes on time and on budget, supported the highest number of new tenancies in our history, and enabled more Islanders than ever to access high-quality, social housing.
Major developments at Maisons Les Arches and Le Grand Douet transformed communities in the north of St Helier, contributing to wider regeneration and economic activity across Jersey.
Alongside new supply, Andium supported close to 600 households into new tenancies and reduced waiting times across the Affordable Housing Gateway, with 84% of Band 1 applicants housed within 12 months. This average does not tell the full story, and there were many instances where applicants were offered a home within weeks of joining the list.
A Great Client Experience
Clients remain at the heart of everything we do. In 2025, Andium achieved 78% client satisfaction, benchmarking well against peer housing organisations in the UK.
Digital engagement continued to grow, with more than 60% of clients now using the
Andium App and Portal to manage their tenancy, access services and stay informed.
Great Homes and Communities, now and for the Future
Andium maintained 100% compliance with the Decent Homes Standard and the Modern Facilities in 2025. Investment focused on both new delivery and the refurbishment of existing homes, including the completion of 21 refurbished homes at Vue du Port, formerly Haut du Mont.
Sustainable Financial Performance
Despite market pressures and a subdued housing market, Andium maintained a stable and sustainable financial model.
- £28.7m returned to the Government of Jersey.
- £97.0m invested in new homes, regeneration and asset management.
- £18m invested in repairs and maintenance expenditure.
Great Partnerships
- £1m community investment.
- Awarded Project of the Year up to £5 million from the Construction Council for our refurbishment and substantial extension of Eden House, in partnership with Government of Jersey. This community facility provides vital short breaks for children and young people up to 18 years old with autism and associated developmental needs.
Looking Ahead
Andium enters 2026 with momentum and a strong pipeline of delivery, with 527 homes under construction or in contract and a keen focus on client engagement, estate regeneration and digital transformation.
Our priorities remain clear: delivering great homes and services, supporting thriving communities and creating long-term value for Islanders.
