Andium Homes is Jersey’s largest landlord, and manages more than 4,700 rental properties, providing excellent and affordable homes and highly valued landlord services for more than 10,000 islanders, alongside an annual programme of assisted purchase sales. We are also Jersey’s largest developer with a programme of investment which will deliver at least 2,000 new rental and 1,000 new first-time buyer homes by 2030.
Andium Homes is a not for profit housing provider owned by the Government of Jersey. All our revenue comes from the rent paid by our tenants and our property sales, and we return £30m to Government each year.

The Role
The role has accountability for the development and co-ordination of the system of internal control. This is primarily through compilation of internal performance reporting to identify operational trends and risk indicators as part of the risk management process to inform business decision making and improve processes and procedures, and data governance.

Position: Asset Management Lead
The Role
The Asset Management Lead is responsible for management of a small team for delivery of the Andium Homes overarching Asset Strategy in line with the business plan. The role will be responsible for ensuring Andium Homes assets are forecasted to perform environmentally, socially, and economically with a strict maintenance regime to ensure high standards throughout its stock’s life cycles. The role is responsible for reviews and periodic assessment of Andium estates to establish whether to sell, retain, refurbish or redevelop.

The Role
The Junior Systems Developer is a newly created role which will be a part of a small, dedicated IT team who support colleagues, contractors and clients with access to our line of business systems and expanding online client services.
The focus of this role is to support the business initiatives through new and existing automation developments.
