Overview
Andium Homes is Jersey’s largest landlord, and manages more than 4,700 rental properties, providing excellent and affordable homes and highly valued landlord services for more than 10,000 islanders, alongside an annual programme of assisted purchase sales. We are also Jersey’s largest developer with a programme of investment which will deliver at least 2,000 new rental and 1,000 new first-time buyer homes by 2030.

Andium Homes is a not for profit housing provider owned by the Government of Jersey. All our revenue comes from the rent paid by our tenants and our property sales, and we return £30m to Government each year.

Position: Sales Agent

The Role 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Sales & Lettings Team as a Property Sales Agent. Through our first-time buyer assisted purchase scheme known as Andium Homebuy, we sell properties each year from our existing housing stock and new developments to first time buyers who are registered to the Assisted Purchase Pathway.

Position:  Safeguarding Co-Ordinator  

The Role

Andium Homes takes safeguarding seriously and is a signed-up member of the Safeguarding Partnership Board. With a client base of over 10,000 people, we acknowledge that many of our residents require a higher level of support to maintain a successful tenancy and enjoy a safe and equitable life.
This role requires significant levels of multi-agency working with partners across statutory and voluntary agencies.

Position: Partnership Pathway Co-ordinator

The Role

Andium Homes takes safeguarding seriously and is a signed-up member of the Safeguarding Partnership Board. As a social landlord specialising in providing homes for Islanders who have bespoke and often complex housing needs, we acknowledge that many of our residents require a higher level of support to access our homes.

This role is responsible for the management and growth of the Partnership Pathway, enabling clients who require additional support to live independently to access our homes, maintain a successful tenancy and enjoy a safe and equitable life. For the Partnership Pathway to be effective, open communication and building trusting relationships with clients and the professionals supporting their application is key.
