Progress on our Capital Projects

With the release of the tender for the refurbishment of Nicolle Close on Friday, Andium Homes is delighted to announce the successful completion of its capital projects plans for 2014, which included five projects totalling over 20M being tendered to the local Construction Industry. 

91 units will be fully refurbished and an additional 65 new homes will be delivered, progress on each of the projects is summarised below.

TBC The refurbishment of 20 homes with works consisting of new external wall cladding, a new roof and new windows and external doors. The project will also see the replacement of all of the mechanical ventilation within the properties. Estimated completion Q4 2016

As announced earlier this week, we have also acquired an additional 30 homes at Langtry Gardens, which on completion in February 2016 will complement the 48 apartments at Andium Court, now completed and fully let.
