Decoration and Window Replacement Works
We are pleased to advise that we have initiated a project to externally decorate and replace the windows in all four high-rise apartment blocks at Le Marais as part of our planned maintenance programme.
We are currently in the planning stage and are working with consultants to establish the safest and most effective way of undertaking the work, which will be complex due to the height and location of the buildings. Although the dates are subject to change, we are working towards starting on site 2026.
We will continue to share regular updates with our clients via this webpage as the project progresses and the detailed programme of works once this has been finalised.
