Residents at Vincent Court are advised that the lifts on the estate have been programmed for essential repairs commencing week commencing 6th July 2015. We anticipate that works will take approximately 4-5 weeks whilst the repairs are undertaken.
This will mean you will only be able use the stairs during this period. Andium Homes is mindful that some people are unable able to use the stairs to access their flats. To assist with this, we are in the process of installing a temporary chair lift for you to use during this period if you require it.
