Residents living at Clos De Roncier are advised that we will start power washing all external walls and facades next week.
G4S Cleaning Services Ltd on will start on site week commencing Monday 27th October 2014. You will be contacted by G4S to arrange a date to start work on your home. Each house will be completed within a day.
G4S will be using a power washing unit, with a mild detergent solution to carry out the work. Occupants are asked to ensure that all doors and windows are closed for the duration of the works to prevent water ingress.
If you are going to be home when the work is being carried out, you should inform the contractor at the time, so they are aware that you may need to leave the property. In the interest of Health & Safetly, while power washing is in progress we request that you keep young children inside and ensure that they are supervised when leaving the house.
