The Andium Homes Board is delighted to announce the appointment of three new Non-Executive Directors, following a recent recruitment exercise to fill vacancies created by resignations and retirements over the last eight months.
Elaine Bailey joined the Board on 1 February, and the appointments of Julian Box and Jonathan Day are with effect from 17 February.
Sir Mark Boleat, Chair of the Andium Homes Board, said “The Board has been under strength for some time. One of my priorities has been to recruit three additional Board members to fill skills gaps, particularly in respect of social housing development and use of technology to enhance client service. We began the process in December and recently interviewed candidates who met our requirements. Elaine, Julian and Jonathan all stood out and I am delighted that they have accepted offers to join the Board. With the Board now at full strength, in respect of both numbers and skills, Andium Homes is well-equipped to continue its essential work of helping to meet housing need in Jersey.”
