Andium Homes is doing all it can to protect its clients and staff against the spread of (Covid-19) Coronavirus.

In light of the most recent advice from the Government, we have been taking the necessary steps to make our Office in Don Street safe for our staff to return. This is being carried out in a staged way, in line with Government guidance and our own Risk Assessments. Only a small number of staff returned during Level 3 of the Governments Safe Exit Framework, but as we now move to Level 2, this will increase from Monday 15th June. We will prioritise those staff who we believe will offer a more essential service to you by being in the office. In addition to this, and also from Monday 15th June, we will be able to: –

  • Send members from our Tenancy Management, Specialised Services and Maintenance teams back out onto the estates to deliver services directly to you and provide a general sense of reassurance.
  • Re-commence our Choice Based Lettings.
  • Continue with our Planned Maintenance programme of improvements across the housing stock, including medical adaptations and kitchen and bathroom replacements.

At this time, the office will remain closed. However, we are still here to assist you. You can still call us on 500700 where we can help you over the phone, or, if necessary, make an appointment for you to see a particular member of our team who might be better able to assist you. For Maintenance issues, please continue to call 500799.
