Monies owed to Andium Homes in the form of rental arrears are at the lowest level they have ever been. Our target is to keep arrears below 1% of our gross rental income, this month our Income Recovery Team reported that the figure had dropped to 0.82% of gross rental income.
The Income Recovery Team focus their efforts on early intervention, understanding their clients and working pro-actively with them to manage their arrears while also taking into account personal circumstances and offering advice on support available.
