Launch of new repairs process

Andium Homes is launching a change to the way in which clients can report electrical and plumbing repair requests. 

The Property Maintenance Team have been working to provide more efficient methods of working and streamlining the client experience. In conjunction with our contractor JMEC, the team are launching a new process for managing the way in which requests are handled. Clients who call for electrical or plumbing repairs will be channelled
directly to their reception.

This will cut down the need for our Client Services
Team to handle some 6,000 calls per year, releasing
them to spend more time with walk in clients and provide other services in a
more efficient way
. It will also mean that clients get to speak to the contractor directly which will enable the fault
to be discussed over the phone with a trade operative and an appointment
generated immediately.

To report a repair call 500799 in the usual way and select option 2 to be transferred directly to JMEC. They will take all the details and arrange with you when a contractor will visit.
