Significant progress is being made on 15 new homes being delivered at Belmont Court, opposite the Ann Street Brewery site. This is a fantastic development which will compliment future plans to regenerate this part of town. The scheme will deliver 3 x one beds, 11 x two beds and 1 x three bedroom apartment, all due for completion in October 2019. The one and two bedroom apartments will be sold through our Andium Homebuy Scheme, with the three bedroom apartment being sold on the open market.
