Due to on going issues we have faced with parking on our estates, we have taken on board your concerns and from the 20th June will be re-instating the parking barriers on the following estates:
- Clos Du Fort
- Beau Vallon
- Vincent Court
- Albert Villas
- Devonia Close
This will prevent non residents from entering the estate and parking on the estate.
If you live on one the estates mentioned and require access to the parking via the barrier you will need to come into our offices at Don Street to obtain your barrier swipe.
You will need to bring with you your parking permit and logbook for your vehicle, along with a deposit of 25 per swipe, which is returnable should you return the swipe to us and present the receipt.
If you already have a swipe for the roller shutter door access (Clos Du Fort only), please bring that swipe with you along with your receipt and we will replace it with a new one. We will issue you with a new receipt with the new swipe number on. You will not need to pay for this, as you would have already paid for your current swipe.
If you already have a key for the previous barrier, please bring that with you along with your receipt and you will only need to pay the remainder of what you paid for the key. For example; if you paid 5 for the key you will need to pay an additional 20 to obtain a swipe. If you paid 15 for the key you will need to pay an additional 10 for the swipe.
PLEASE NOTE we will need to see a valid receipt of key purchase, if you cannot provide this, you will be required to pay a minimum of 20.
