Andium Homes is delighted to confirm that, at its meeting of the 17th June, the Board approved proposals for an Economic Stimulus Package for the island’s Construction Industry.
This includes:
- Eight capital project design packages will be offered to the Islands construction industry Design Teams.
- Three major capital projects will be offered to our larger construction partners to provide future certainty and a much-needed pipeline of work.
- Additional opportunities will be offered to the Project Management disciplines in the island, to provide support for the above three projects and ongoing Capital Programme works.
Future Redevelopment Plans
We are contacting to all residents of Clos St Andre to advise that your Estate is one of several locations that we are currently considering for future redevelopment.
Please do not be alarmed, we are, at this stage just considering options and looking at how feasible such a redevelopment might be.
We will soon be engaging a development partner to assist us with this, but please rest assured that even if redevelopment is recommended, we would not expect to start this project until 2023 at the earliest.
The Covid-19 pandemic has prevented us from our usual approach of coming to visit every resident to discuss these plans now. However, we will come to visit you all individually to explain what this means for you, and to understand what your future housing needs and aspirations might be as soon as we are able to do. This will help us to offer you an appropriate new home, if and when the time comes.
