​Your feedback on maintenance services is important to us​. Satisfaction surveys offer an invaluable record of your experience when having repairs undertaken. Your comments and views assist us in improving the services we offer. It allows positive record for those contractors who do an excellent job, but also an opportunity for us to challenge when your expectations have not been met.​ ​
