Client Services Adviser
As a member of our Client Services Team, you will be a vital member of our dynamic client facing team, focused on delivering our services. You will put our clients at the heart of everything that you do, striving to deliver service excellence on every occasion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality advice and, where possible, first-time resolution across a broad range of the company’s activities, striving to deliver service excellence in every interaction In line with Our Client Promise.
Facilities Officer
Reporting to the Facilities Lead, the Facilities Officer is primarily responsible for the delivery of all response repairs and void refurbishments (vacant properties), but from time to time they will be required to carry out other projects identified through our evolving Business Plan.
The role will ensure that clients have repairs carried out to their homes to the highest quality and standards, in a timely manner in line with the contract, optimising the client experience. Value for money is at the centre of all our activities and the postholder will oversee the efficient delivery and operation of best practice ‘price per property’ partnering contracts with our external agents.
Data Insights and Operations Officer
The Data Insights and Operations Officer will assist in maintaining data standards, supporting basic data modelling activities, and helping operational teams manage data. This will include supporting future Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives through preparing and managing data in line with requirements of AI technology and systems.
The post holder will also support the Governance and Risk function to ensure that policy and process information is accurate and up to date to ensure that working practice is supported across the organisation.
Candidates should have a strong interest in the use of data to help guide and support a business. They should also understand the practicalities of data use within IT systems, including emerging technologies such as AI.
Human Resources Officer
You will work closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer on delivering various HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, retention, wellbeing, performance management, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, and talent management.
You will deliver a comprehensive general HR administration service to include, maintenance of HR records, HR system processing, production of management information, absence management and payroll inputting.
Construction Manager
The Construction Manager is a key role in our Regeneration and Sustainability Directorate, responsible for overseeing the professional development of a wide range of new build and refurbishment housing projects, from briefing to in-use, to provide more great homes for our clients.
The Construction Manager is responsible for the successful outcome of allocated projects to our stringent and ever-improving time, cost, and quality parameters. To do so, the Construction Manager must oversee the professional team responsible for project development and pro-actively manage the team, data, commercial viability, risks, and issues to deliver excellent homes in partnership with our supply chain partners.
In our expanding and ambitious development environment, the Construction Manager will need to be energetic, pragmatic and focused, with an eye for opportunities that will provide even better homes for our clients.
IT Service Delivery Manager
The IT Service Delivery Manager will lead a small team responsible for providing IT support to both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk, ensuring that service desk calls meet business expectations and comply with IT governance requirements. The IT Service Delivery Manager will collaborate with the Development & Operations (DevOps) Manager to implement new systems and transition new services into support.
The IT Service Delivery Manager will work closely with the business to identify opportunities for enhancements and improvements. They will also manage relationships with external suppliers who provide additional IT support services. This role may involve travel to share concepts with other housing associations to further knowledge of the housing sector on the market. Attending digital housing events to keep up to date and expand housing technical expertise.
Planned Maintenance Officer
You will be responsible for procuring, planning, and managing a wide range of cyclical and planned maintenance projects, whilst demonstrating value for money. Many of the projects managed by the team are long-term partnering contracts. Applicants will need to demonstrate the ability to manage longstanding professional relationships with contractors and consultants, with periodic reporting back to the Planned Maintenance Lead utilising best practice key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Strong IT skills are key to the role, although training is available for certain business systems. Applicants will need to demonstrate an aptitude for using Microsoft Office applications. Experience in monitoring and controlling project budgets as well as a commercially focused approach is also beneficial to the role.
Regulatory Assurance – Fire and Health & Safety Manager
To provide expert advice and assurance on all matters of Fire Safety ensuring that the needs and expectations of all stakeholders are met and that the company can easily evidence/verify compliance with all statutory regulation requirements, but specifically related to the; Health & Safety at Work (Jersey) Law, 1989, the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, Building Byelaws and the Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings) (Jersey) Law 2018, as well as all other relevant legislation, Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, British Standards, and Technical Guidance.
The post holder will work across the Andium Homes business, with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors, contributing to a rigorous culture of compliance with agreed regulatory standards to help ensure the health, safety and welfare of tenants, colleagues, contractors and the public generally.
The role will work closely with all suppliers/contractors of Andium Homes where Service Level Agreements are in place contributing to the overall management of Fire Safety, Fire Risk Assessments and delivery of Fire Safety Improvement works and initiatives.
Safeguarding Co-ordinator
Andium Homes takes safeguarding seriously and is a signed-up member of the Safeguarding Partnership Board. With a client base of over 10,000 people, we acknowledge that many of our residents require a higher level of support to maintain a successful tenancy and enjoy a safe and equitable life.
This role requires significant levels of multi-agency working with partners across statutory and voluntary agencies.
Sales and Lettings Agent
We have an extensive new build and refurbishment programme which will provide increasing opportunities for those in need of a home, but also require existing clients to be rehoused to make sites available for redevelopment or for sale.
Through our first-time buyer assisted purchase scheme known as Andium Homebuy, we sell properties annually from our existing housing stock and new developments to first time buyers who are registered on the Government’s Assisted Purchase Pathway. Our sale programme is an integral part of our business and is required to generate income to support our capital programme as well our annual return to our Guarantor. We also administer the Government first-time buyer assisted purchase scheme known as First Step for open market properties to buyers registered on the Assisted Purchase Pathway.
Health & Safety Support Officer
To provide assistance and support to the Regulatory Assurance Lead with the promotion of a positive health and safety culture within the Company, striving to continuously improve the company’s health and safety systems, and working closely with Heads of Service, colleagues and contractors to bring ongoing improvement and change.
To provide assistance and support to the Regulatory Assurance Lead to ensure that Andium Homes is compliant with all relevant health and safety legislation across all of its activities, that we are leading the way and being proactive in meeting our legal obligations and keeping people safe.
Finance Assistant
The Finance Team plays a key role supporting the business in delivering its objective of maintaining financial strength and stability. The team provide advice, support, and direction to colleagues to maintain the accuracy and integrity of its financial obligations, processes and records.
The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Team in processing, validating, and analysing information relating to financial transactions. The Finance Assistant will also undertake investigation, reconciliation, and collation of information to support and inform reporting and provide information for budget holders.

Andium Homes is a not for profit housing provider owned by the Government of Jersey. All our revenue comes from the rent paid by our tenants and our property sales, and we return £29m to Government each year.
