Access your account
- Before attempting to access this service you must ensure that we have a record of your current contact details on our system. Contact our Client Services Team on 500700 between 9am-5pm daily to update your contact details.
- Once we have your details on our system you can access the portal on the link below or on the app. All you need to have to hand is your rent account number and email address. Once you complete the validation process you can access your account.
Repairs online
Our digital services are expanding to give you more services at a time that suits you. You can now report Repair requests online with the ability for you to book a convenient time for a contractor to visit.
