Property Sales Co-ordinator

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Sales Co-ordinator to support the conveyancing of our property sales.

At Andium Homes we make homeownership a reality by providing affordable homes, with the ability for purchasers to defer part of the sale price. We plan to sell 25 properties from our existing portfolio each year and over 200 newly developed properties over the next 4 years.

The Property Sales Co-ordinator will work closely with our external conveyancers to deliver efficient and effective conveyance of our properties.

We are looking for a capable person who takes personal ownership of their work. The successful candidate will have a background in a legal environment, preferably as a conveyancing secretary.

This a permanent position for 25 hours per week.
