Andium Homes launches self-service app for clients

We are delighted to launch our new self-service application for our clients. The App, Andium@Home, is available to download now from the Apple and Android app stores. It will allow our clients to access our services, at a time that suits them 24/7.

Using Andium@Home clients can;

  • Access their rent account information
  • Update their details
  • Report Anti-Social Behaviour
  • Provide feedback on our services
  • Make payments for services

Ian Crocker, Head of IT at Andium Homes said “We are extremely proud of the work that has been completed on our IT Strategy to enable us to provide solutions that deliver great services to our clients. In 2019 we have successfully delivered a number of digital and online services which include taking payments online as well as an automated rent balance and statement request service. The Andium@Home App is the latest digital service offering and will provide our clients with another way of interacting with us. This summer, the same services will also be available via our website for those clients that do not have smart phone or tablet devices but want to access our services online.”

We have worked with our clients in recent months to gain valuable feedback and insight about the App to ensure it will deliver true value for our clients.

We hope that many of our clients will register to use Andium@Home in the coming weeks and months and we look forward to being able to further develop accessible services for and in consultation with our clients.
