Complaints regarding Anti-social behaviour 

If you contact us about an anti-social behaviour this will be logged and dealt with by our Client Services and Tenancy Management Team

In ​order for us to fully investigate reports of anti-social behaviour it is important that you provide as much information as possible before submitting your report.

If you raise a service related complaint with us we will try to put things right as soon as we can. We want to hear what you have to say and we hope that together we can work things out. Information about our Complaints policy can be found on the following page ​Our Policies​ 


​If there is something you think we could do to improve our services please let us know. We consider all comments and we’ll let you​​ know whether we are able to take your suggestion on to help us improve the service we offer.


We are always happy to hear that we ​have done something well and we really appreciate compliments about our service. These will be recorded and shared with the relevant colleagues. We will use your compliments to improve our service.
