Regeneration plans commence at Ann Court
Following extensive consultation with neighbouring residents and businesses, Andium Homes has submitted its plans to deliver 165 new homes on the Ann Court site.
This exciting project will further enhance this part of town, delivering not only much needed homes, but also 137 shopper parking spaces and a new public space. Plans, drawn up in collaboration with the Parish Roads Committee, will also see Providence Street being closed to traffic and a new one way system introduced improving traffic in the area and making it safer for pedestrians.
The Minister for Housing, Deputy Anne Pryke, said “I am immensely pleased to see plans submitted to redevelop Ann Court. The development will provide new affordable and high quality homes for islanders, and will support further regeneration in this area of St Helier with enhanced amenity space for residents, improved pedestrian access and convenient shopper parking”.
Mike Porter, Head of Operations at Andium Homes, said “We are delighted to be progressing with this exciting regeneration project. There are obvious benefits which will be derived from such a major development, not only in terms of the economy and regeneration of town, but also in the delivery of these much needed homes”
